My first/only .no TLD needed a signature (print out this PDF, sign, e-mail it) on the thing called "Egenærklæring".

Seriously, two times I've sent in a contact form on Sundays at 23:30 and still received a response from a PERSON within 30 minutes. They even have a free number you can call if something happens (but they will charge YOU for it if you were to blame for the fuckup) to your domain/webhotel.
